Best Garden Intentions

Well, we planted our garden in the middle of the upper pasture. Tom put our large dog lot around it, so the sheep eat it. The soil was very hard and mostly red clay. So we decided to go to the stump dump and get some leaf mulch. Wouldn't you know, the mulch had not decomposed enough! We burnt up most of our plants. Not to worry, Tom got some more at the feed store and we are back in business.
